Detailed description of the job

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced permanent nanny to join a UHNW family on their extensive travels.  The family spends their winter season in Miami and summer season in Europe - where they frequently travel on their yacht to destinations such as France, Italy, Sardinia, and other locations. Mom would love to find someone with similar mentality, bubbly, happy, caring, soft and with loving nature. Educated and intelligent, with good manners. The main responsibility of the nanny will be to care for their delightful 2.5yo boy.
Hours: 12 hours a day 6 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care and supervision
Ensure the child's safety, well-being, and development at all times
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment
Organize and engage in age-appropriate activities, playtime, and educational experiences
Maintain a structured routine for feeding, napping, and bedtime
Collaborate with the family's staff to ensure seamless coordination and support
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language
Demonstrable experience and expertise in caring for infants and toddlers
Qualifications in early childhood development or a related field are highly desired
Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to various locations
Comfortable living on a boat during travel periods
Previous experience working in high-profile households
Professional appearance and well-dressed at all times
Immediate availability to start the position
Must undergo a trial period before being offered a full-time role
Driving licence!
