The family based in Dubai is in search of a live-in nanny who embodies qualities of adaptability, willingness, and a genuine passion for responsible childcare. They prefer the candidate to be a native speaker of either German, French, or Arabic, considering the family's background in German and Arabic. The ideal candidate would be an exceptionally organized individual with strong time management skills, ready to care for their three children, aged 9, 4, and 2. Responsibilities would also encompass light housework, laundry, organization, and miscellaneous errands or personal tasks as required. The nanny should be prepared to work some evenings and weekends, display flexibility, and be open to international travel, including the United States. Additionally, they should be a proficient swimmer, a committed non-smoker, and have a desire for long-term employment.

The family is seeking someone with a calm and amiable personality, but also values discretion and maintains professional conduct, primarily focusing on job responsibilities rather than casual conversation. The nanny will be responsible for transporting the children to and from school, assisting with homework and various therapy sessions, as well as supervising extracurricular activities. While the family already has two full-time drivers, it's not mandatory for the nanny to have a driving license. However, a valid first aid qualification is a requirement, and a minimum of 5 years of experience with children in a similar age group is essential.

The family, which consists of a German-Arab couple and their three children residing in Dubai, already has a full-time housekeeper and a full-time Filipina nanny. The duties for the new person include helping with the morning routine, preparing and packing lunch for the children, taking care of their laundry, and overseeing nursery pick-ups and after-school activities. The nanny would also accompany one of the children to therapy sessions (speech, OT, and PT), assist with homework, monitor developmental milestones, engage the children in creative and imaginative play, and read stories to them. Other responsibilities encompass planning age-appropriate activities, cooking healthy meals, ensuring the children remain active, teaching basic manners, and traveling with the family for extended periods in Europe during the summer and shorter trips during the winter.

The ideal candidate should be trustworthy and maintain a high level of discretion. The expected working hours are around 35-40 hours per week, including some nights and weekends. The compensation package includes a one-bedroom accommodation with an en-suite bathroom and a provided vehicle. The salary rate is in the range of 20,000 to 25,000 AED. Verifiable references are a prerequisite for consideration, and applicants should be eligible to work in the USA (the ability to obtain tourist visas) .
