Detailed description of the job

We are looking for a live-in nanny to join a VIP  family with busy social life, based in Dubai. The role requires someone with a deep understanding and love for early childcare development, and substantial experience caring for children. This is a permanent position, initially offered as a one-year contract with potential for renewal. The selected candidate will be tasked with providing full-time, attentive care to the family's young boy, contributing to his safety, development, and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring the boy's safety, nurturing his growth, and supporting his developmental milestones.
Creating an engaging environment with activities tailored to his age, including educational games and outdoor play.
Managing the boy's personal items such as clothing and toys.
Traveling with the family and adapting to varying routines.
Working closely with the parents to maintain a consistent caregiving approach aligned with their parenting philosophy.
Regular communication with the family about the child’s progress and any issues that may arise.
Building a trusting and affectionate relationship with the child.
Requirements:

Proven background in toddler care with a robust understanding of child development.
A genuine enthusiasm for childcare, characterized by patience, empathy, and a caring demeanor.
Willingness to live with the family and travel as needed.
Commitment to a minimum one-year contract, with openness to extending the term.
Preferred: Knowledge of Shengen visas or a European passport.
Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus - Italian would be amazing
Valid certifications in CPR and First Aid for children.
