Our recruitment process is designed to be seamless, efficient, and entirely tailored to your family's individual requirements.

Once you have identified the type of childcare support you require—whether a live-in nanny, daily nanny, rota nanny, bilingual nanny, governess, maternity nurse, or international childcare professional—you can complete our Family Registration Form to begin the process.

Following registration, a member of our team will personally review your requirements and arrange a consultation to discuss your family's needs in greater detail.

We operate on a bespoke matching basis, presenting only carefully selected candidates who genuinely meet your criteria, saving you valuable time and ensuring a more successful outcome.

Stage 1 – Consultation & Family Assessment

We begin with an in-depth consultation to gain a clear understanding of your family's lifestyle, values, childcare requirements, and household dynamics.

During this stage, we provide guidance on:

Working schedules and rota arrangements
Salary expectations and market guidance

Stage 2 – Candidate Search & Matching

All childcare professionals introduced through Royal Nannies are employed directly by the family.

As the employer, it is the family's legal responsibility to arrange and pay the nanny's Income Tax and National Insurance contributions in accordance with UK employment legislation.
