Agency fees

Royal nannies offer free registration to all nannies, maternity nurses and governesses.

UK placement fees

Permanent Placement Agency Fees will be calculated as a percentage of the agreed net weekly salary of the engaged candidate multiplied by 52 weeks (for overseas placements), or as a percentage of the agreed gross weekly salary of the engaged candidate multiplied by 52 weeks for UK placements. This is notwithstanding that the placement may be for less than 52weeks/1year in duration. The percentages are set out below:

• UK Client registration Fee - 120 Euros (per search)
• Registration Fee for Foreign Clients living in the UK - 120 Euros 
• A special  discounted fee will be offered to clients who grant us exclusivity and conduct the search solely through our agency. For further information, please reach out to us.
• Permanent Live in and Live out Nannies - 15% Gross Annual Salary
• Permanent Live in and Live Out Governesses - 15% Gross Annual Salary
• Permanent Live in Au pairs - 10% Gross Annual Salary
• Temporary live-in au pairs: 20% of the salary earned by the au pair during the booking.
• Staff with dual residency, including all Rota Nannies and Rota Governesses, required to travel frequently -  17 % Gross Annual Salary
• On call, temporary and holiday nannies - 40 Eur per day or part of the day (minimum 3 days booking required, or 100 Eur placement fee for fewer days)
• Maternity Nurses booked for longer than 8 weeks - 200 Eur Per week or part of the week
• Maternity Nurses, Night nurses,  including emergency bookings made less than 3 weeks before the expected delivery date- 70 Eur Per day or night booked
• Trial Period in the UK - 40 Eur per day or part of the day (minimum 5 days booking required, or 200 Euro minimum trial placement fee)
• Minimum temporary placement fee in the UK:  200 Eur exc. VAT
• Minimum trial placement fee: 200 Eur Exc.Vat 
• Agency cancellation fee once offer was made, but withdrawn by the client even before signing the contract: 300 Eur
• Contract - 250 Eur exc.VAT - Royal Nannies can take the stress out of the entire employment process by providing you with a customised contract service

   

  OVERSEAS PLACEMENT FEES

  All invoices raised within the European Union are subject to 20% VAT

  All agency fees must be payable in full prior to commencement of candidate. If the candidate is required to work abroad, the fees must be settled before the candidate's departure. Please note the final fee consists of the placement fee + fee for the contract - unless the contract is provided by the client

  Fees are not negotiable and the interviewing and/or a job offer to our candidate constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and our charges.

  • Overseas means geographicly located outside of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

  • Registration fee in advance of an introduction within EU: 120 Eur per each search - fully refundable from your final permanent placement fee 
  • Registration fee in advance of an introduction outside the EU: 200 Eur per each search - fully refundable from your final permanent placement fee 
  • A special  discounted fee will be offered to clients who grant us exclusivity and conduct the search solely through our agency. For further information, please reach out to us.
  • All permanent staff within Europe - 25 % Net Annual Salary
  • All permanent staff outside Europe - 25 % Net Annual Salary
  • Maternity Nurses - 250 Eur per week or part of the week Exc. Vat (minimum placement fee - 1000 Eur)
  • Trial Period prior to permanent placement - 500 Eur a week or part of the week (fully deductable from permanent placement should the client hire the candidate he/she invited for a trial period).
  • Contract - 250 Eur exc.VAT - Royal Nannies can take the stress out of the entire employment process by providing you with a customised contract service together with an NDA agreement / or 40 Eur excl. VAT for standard RN  company contract
  • Temporary and Holiday Staff: Minimum 250 Eur per week or part of the week Exc. Vat (minimum placement fee charged - 1000 Eur)
  • Temporary live-in au pairs (working no more than 25 hrs a week): 20% of the salary earned by the au pair during the booking.
  • Minimum temporary placement fee: 3000 Eur Exc. Vat
  • Minimum permanent placement fee for a Nanny / Private Tutor / Governess: 12000 Eur Exc. Vat
  • Agency cancellation fee once offer was made, but withdrawn by the client: 300 Eur
  • Returning Clients or clients who hire a permanent nanny following a maternity nurse booking are eligible for a 10% discount on their entire booking
