How to Apply for Your Enhanced DBS Check

Step 1: Application Registration Fee

To begin your application, you need to pay an application registration fee of €25 directly to Royal Nannies. This can be done via the secure payment link we provide.

Step 2: Submit Additional Details to DBS

Once we have started your application, you will be required to:

Provide additional details directly to DBS via their online platform.
Make a further payment of £65.50 GBP to DBS to complete the check.

The total cost is approximately £87, which is split into these two payments.

What You Need to Prepare

To ensure your application process runs smoothly, please have the following ready before you begin:

Your UK residential addresses for the past 5 years
Your National Insurance number
Copies or details of your ID documents

Important: You will receive a one-time-only application link via email. Once you open the link, it cannot be accessed again, so make sure you have all required information ready before proceeding.

Application Process Overview

1. Contact Us

Email us at info @ royalnannies. co. uk with the subject line "DBS CHECK" to initiate your application. Include the following details:

Gender
Title
Full name (including middle names, as per your passport)
Surname
Date of birth
Mobile number
Landline number (if applicable)
A scanned copy of your passport

2. Make Your First Payment

After receiving your details, you’ll receive a payment link to complete the €25 application registration fee. Use the following secure link to make your payment: DBS Payment Link

Once this payment is made, you will receive the next step via email.

3. Complete the Online Application

You will receive a one-time link to access and fill out your DBS application form. Carefully review all the information you enter to avoid delays. Once submitted, your details will be processed by DBS.

Note: Any errors may result in delays, and Royal Nannies is not responsible for such delays.

4. Make the Final Payment

After submitting your application, you’ll receive instructions from DBS to make the final payment of £65.50 GBP (or more if you choose the DBS Update Service). Payment can be made securely via PayPal or using a debit/credit card. An approximate processing fee of £3.00 will be applied.

Once payment is successful, you will receive:

An immediate receipt from PayPal
Your DBS reference number via SMS or email
