Full-Time Family Assistant / Nanny Role
Location: Qatar + international travel
Child: Boy, 9 years old (turning 10 this autumn)
Start Date: Mid-June 2025 (in-person interview possible in London May 1–7)

We are currently recruiting for a long-term Family Assistant / PA to support a professional household with a bright, active 9-year-old boy. The role is a blend of childcare, household organisation, and travel support, ideal for someone mature, proactive, and looking for a stable, long-term position. Separate accommodation provided + salary of 900 GBP per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the child’s daily schedule, including school pick-up/drop-off and sports practice

• Plan and manage creative activities and outings during downtime or while travelling

• Organise playdates, especially on weekends

• Ensure healthy meal planning, supervise and coordinate with household staff regarding food preparation

• Cook simple, nutritious meals for the child when required

• Run errands, manage basic household logistics, and keep routines running smoothly

• Assist with packing, organising, and logistics while travelling

• Support with light housekeeping tasks related to the child and general family organisation

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience working in similar hybrid nanny/family assistant roles

• Organised, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative

• Comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to dynamic schedules

• Ideally someone mature, dependable, and seeking a long-term commitment

• Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a bonus

• Must be confident managing logistics and working collaboratively with household staff
