A warm, high-profile family in Istanbul seeks a career live-in Nanny to partner with a hands-on mother caring for an 11-month-old girl. This is a shared-care role within a fully staffed household; your focus is the baby, consistent routines, and seamless support for mum.
You: calm, professional, and impeccably presented with a clean, polished presence. You love systems and order, take pride in meticulous organisation, and can colour-code wardrobes, rotate sizes/seasonal items, maintain inventories, and keep the nursery flawlessly arranged. You communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and bring a warm, nurturing energy.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with mum on all aspects of infant care, routines, and milestones
Plan engaging, age-appropriate developmental play and sensory activities
Maintain an immaculate nursery; organise, label, and colour-code baby clothing; manage laundry and kit bags; track supplies
Accompany mum on outings/appointments; occasional travel (USA, UK, Europe)
Light mealtime tidy-up when needed (especially weekends)
Requirements
5+ years professional childcare experience (infant/toddler)
Fluent English; discreet and trustworthy
Non-smoker, healthy lifestyle
Paediatric First Aid & Infant CPR (valid)
Willing and able to travel internationally

Live-in: private en-suite on a separate floor
Competitive salary €6,500 + sign-on bonus (payable after a successful 2-week trial)
