Nanny / Governess (Premium International Role)

For a 1-year-old girl
Location: Cyprus + travel (live-in position, international family)

Highly experienced Russian speaking nanny / governess fluent in English for a private international family. Live-in position (in Cyprus) Full childcare for a 1-year-old child,  Travel expenses covered by the family / Long-term role with stable working conditions / 6 Days a week - 1 day off per week
Frequent international travel with the family

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Nationality: EU passport or UK passport
• Language: Native Russian and English speaker - fluent
• Experience: Minimum 10 years as a professional nanny / governess
• References: Verifiable references from previous private employers
• Education: Medical background (nursing, paediatrics, midwifery or similar)
• Travel: Valid EU/Schengen visas or EU passport and full availability for frequent travel
• Relocation: Willingness to live in Cyprus on a long-term basis

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full childcare for a 1-year-old child, following age-appropriate routines
• Planning and delivering early childhood development activities
• Supporting speech, sensory and motor development
• Establishing healthy sleep and feeding routines
• Teaching good manners and etiquette, including afternoon tea etiquette
• Acting as a calm, consistent and emotionally secure adult figure
• Working closely with parents and adapting to family values

HIGHLY DESIRABLE 

• Previous experience with UHNW / HNW families
• Knowledge of EYFS / Montessori / early years frameworks
• Paediatric First Aid & CPR certification
• Excellent understanding of child safety and safeguarding
• Discretion, confidentiality and professional household conduct
• Polished appearance and excellent personal presentation

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

(Household Support – Child-Related)

In addition to childcare duties, the nanny will be expected to support the family with light household management, specifically related to the child:

• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the child’s living areas
• Organising the child’s wardrobe, toys and personal belongings
• Preparing and sterilising bottles, feeding equipment and baby items
• Assisting with related laundry and organisation
• Supporting daily routines and overall household order when required
• Working in coordination with other household staff (if applicable)

• High personal standards of cleanliness (no long nails or heavy make up, hair clean and in pony tail ) and organisation
• Ability to maintain a calm, well-structured home environment
• Respect for private household rules and discretion
