Exceptional Live-In Nanny Opportunity | International VIP Family | London, Dubai, Spain & Egypt

Royal Nannies is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, professional nanny to join a warm and relaxed international VIP family, caring for their baby boy, born in January 2026.

This is a long-term position for a dedicated career nanny who has extensive experience caring for babies and young children within private households and enjoys working as part of a respectful, supportive family environment.

The Role:

You will be responsible for all aspects of the child's care, ensuring he thrives in a nurturing, stimulating, and structured environment. The ideal candidate will be confident supporting all early developmental milestones, maintaining excellent nursery standards, planning age-appropriate activities, preparing nutritious meals for the baby, and accompanying the family on their international travels. The family values professionalism, flexibility, and discretion, while maintaining a relaxed and approachable atmosphere.

Location

The family divides their time between:
• London
• Dubai
• Spain
• Egypt

International travel is an essential part of this position, and the successful candidate must enjoy travelling and adapting to different locations throughout the year.

Working Schedule

• Live-in position
• 6 days per week, with 1 flexible day off (or two half-days by mutual agreement)
• Up to 12 working hours per day (excluding agreed overnight care)
• Two overnight shifts per week providing baby care, agreed in advance
• Approximately 60-72 hours per week, depending on the candidate and the family's schedule
• Start date: ASAP (travel expenses covered). Some flexibility can be offered for the right candidate.

Duties

• Sole-charge care of the baby
• Supporting all developmental milestones
• Establishing and maintaining routines
• All nursery duties
• Preparing healthy meals for the baby
• Packing and organising for frequent international travel
• Maintaining the child's wardrobe, nursery, and belongings to an exceptional standard

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' professional nanny experience
• Excellent baby and early years experience
• Previous experience working within private or UHNW households is highly desirable
• Confident travelling internationally with families
• Warm, proactive, discreet, and highly organised
• Calm, flexible, and able to adapt to changing schedules
• The family has a preference for a candidate with a South West England background; however, all suitably qualified applicants will be considered.
• Spanish language skills would be a significant advantage
• Excellent references and an enhanced DBS

Salary & Benefits

• £90,000 per annum (Dubai-based contract – tax free) = Equivalent to £7,500 per month
• Travel and accommodation provided
