Location: Damac Hills, Dubai

Salary: AED 22,000–28,000 net per month (depending on experience)

Contract: Minimum 2-year commitment

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday | 9:30am – 8:00pm

Days Off: Monday & Tuesday

A warm and welcoming family based in Damac Hills, Dubai, is seeking an experienced, professional British Nanny/Governess to provide exceptional care for their two daughters, aged 4 months and 4 years.

This is a long-term, sole-charge position for a highly organised and nurturing childcare professional with a strong understanding of early years development. The successful candidate will focus on the baby during the day before supporting the older child with educational and developmental activities after nursery.

The family is looking for a candidate who is already based in Dubai and can comfortably commit to a Wednesday–Sunday working week. In recognition of the weekend schedule, an excellent premium salary is offered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
• Sole charge of the 4-month-old baby throughout the day, including establishing routines, supporting sensory development, and introducing weaning when appropriate.
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate educational and developmental activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Supporting the 4-year-old after nursery from approximately 5:30pm with reading, educational play, British English language development, and good manners.
• Maintaining children's routines and creating a calm, stimulating environment.
• Light nursery duties, including keeping children's bedrooms and play areas tidy, organising toys, and managing children's clothing.

Candidate Requirements:
• Native British English speaker.
• Professional childcare qualification such as Norland, CACHE Level 3, Early Years Degree, Nursing qualification, or equivalent.
• Proven experience caring for newborns and young children.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
• Already based in Dubai, ideally living in or near Damac Hills, Arabian Ranches, Mudon, Motor City, Studio City, or Town Square.
• Preferably holds a Spouse/Partner visa.
• Own vehicle and valid UAE driving licence preferred for personal commute.

Package:
• AED 22,000–28,000 net per month, depending on experience.
