An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced, native English-speaking Nanny/Governess to join a warm, respectful international family based in Dubai, with regular stays at their beautiful home on Lake Garda, Italy for two kids aged 9 and 2.

This is a long-term, live-in position for someone who is passionate about children's education and development and is looking to become a valued part of a family's life for years to come.

The family is seeking far more than a nanny. They are looking for an inspiring role model who will help their children grow into confident, curious and kind young people through meaningful experiences, engaging activities and everyday learning.

The Role

This position combines childcare, education and mentorship. The successful candidate will create enriching daily experiences, encourage independence, organise stimulating activities and foster a love of learning in a warm and positive atmosphere. Screen time is kept to a minimum, with an emphasis on creativity, exploration and hands-on learning.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Occasionally, the family may ask you to stay one evening during the week for babysitting.

The Ideal Candidate

• Native English speaker.
• Significant experience caring for both toddlers and school-aged children.
• Montessori and/or Waldorf training would be highly advantageous.
• Passionate about child development and learning through play.
• Creative, energetic and able to engage children without relying on screens.
• Confident driver with a clean driving licence.
• Organised, proactive, kind and emotionally intelligent.
• Looking to build a genuine, long-lasting relationship with one family.
• Able to provide a minimum of three excellent, checkable references.
• EU citizenship or another passport allowing visa-free travel within Europe
